LoadingHow we handle data on netex.consulting.
Last updated June 13, 2026
This Privacy Statement explains what personal information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It applies to netex.consulting and to people in the United States who use it. It does not cover services we provide to clients under a separate agreement, which are governed by that agreement and our Master Services Agreement.
The short version. This is a marketing website. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies, we do not track you across other websites, and we do not sell your personal information. The only personal information we collect is what you send us through our contact form or by emailing or calling us, plus the basic technical logs our web server keeps for security. If you ever want to know what we hold about you, or want it corrected or deleted, email us at admin@netex.consulting and we will help.
When you use our contact form, we collect the information you choose to provide, which is your name, your email address, an optional subject, an optional website, and your message. We use it to read and respond to your inquiry and to follow up about the products or services you ask about. Submissions are delivered to our team by email.
If you email us or call us, we keep the contents of that correspondence and any contact details you share, so we can respond and maintain a record of our communications.
Like most websites, our web server automatically records basic technical information when a page is requested, including your IP address, browser and device type, the page requested, and the date and time. We use these logs to operate the site, diagnose problems, and protect against abuse and security threats. We do not use them to build a profile of you or to track you across other sites.
We may use a privacy-respecting anti-spam check, such as Cloudflare Turnstile, on our contact form to tell real visitors from automated bots. If it is enabled, our provider processes limited technical information for that purpose only. It is not used for advertising.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in these limited situations.
We keep contact-form submissions and correspondence for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and our relationship with you, and then for a reasonable period afterward for our records and legal needs, after which we delete or anonymize them. We keep server logs only for a limited period for security and operations. We will not keep your information longer than we have a legitimate reason to.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect personal information against loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, and we require the same from providers that process information for us. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security, but we review our measures and work to keep your information safe.
You can ask us about the personal information we hold about you, and you can ask us to correct or delete it. To make a request, email us at admin@netex.consulting. So we can protect your information, please give us enough detail to confirm your identity, and we will not change or delete data for anyone we cannot reasonably verify. An authorized agent may make a request on your behalf where the law allows, and we may ask for proof of that authorization and may still ask you to verify your identity directly. Please do not send us sensitive personal information through the contact form, since we do not intentionally collect it. We will respond within the time the law allows, and where a specific privacy law applies to a request, within the period that law requires, which is generally 45 days under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, with one extension when reasonably necessary.
NeTex Consulting is a small business, and given our size and limited data practices we may not be subject to all of the obligations of the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (TDPSA). We do not sell sensitive personal data. To be customer-serving, we will still honor reasonable requests from Texas residents to confirm whether we hold your personal data and to access, correct, delete, or obtain a portable copy of it, when we can verify you and the request is not unduly burdensome or contrary to our legal obligations. The TDPSA also provides the right to opt out of the sale of personal data, targeted advertising, and certain profiling. We do none of those, so there is nothing to opt out of. If we deny a request, you may appeal by emailing admin@netex.consulting with the subject line “Privacy Appeal” within a reasonable time after our decision, and if we deny the appeal you may contact the Texas Attorney General. We are not required to disclose a trade secret.
NeTex Consulting is a small business and may not meet the thresholds that make the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the CPRA, apply to us. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. To be customer-serving, we will still honor reasonable requests from California residents to know the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected, the sources, and the purposes, to delete personal information, and to correct inaccurate information, when we can verify you. We do not use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about you, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. We may decline a deletion request to the extent the law allows us to keep information, for example to complete a transaction you requested, to detect security incidents, to fix errors, to comply with a legal obligation, or for internal uses you would reasonably expect.
This website is meant for businesses and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, and children under the age of consent should not submit personal information to us. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Because we do not track visitors across third-party websites or serve targeted advertising, browser signals such as Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control have no cross-site tracking to disable on this site. We also do not sell personal information.
This Privacy Statement does not apply to websites we link to. We do not control how those sites handle your information, and we recommend you read their privacy statements before using them.
We may update this Privacy Statement from time to time. When we do, we will change the “last updated” date shown on this page. We encourage you to review it periodically.
